Dr Nelson Trieu graduated from the University of Sydney with Honours and completed his radiology training at Concord Hospital before undertaking a Fellowship in Diagnostic Neuroradiology at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children’s Hospital, Sydney Eye Hospital, and the Royal Hospital for Women. He currently holds a Staff Specialist appointment at Royal North Shore Hospital and is a Clinical Associate Lecturer at the University of Sydney. His subspecialty areas of interest include imaging of the brain, head and neck, and spine. Prior to medicine, he practiced for several years as a Sydney-based commercial lawyer.
