Radiology

Radiology, also known as diagnostic imaging, is a specialist medical discipline that uses medical imaging to diagnose, investigate and monitor diseases. The imaging involves a series of tests that take pictures of parts inside the body.

North Shore Radiology & Nuclear Medicine offers world-class radiology and nuclear medicine services.

We are a partnership of over 20 specialist radiologists. Each radiologist has completed a six-year medical degree and junior medical officer experience, followed by five years of specialist training in diagnostic radiology at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiology (RANZCR).

Our radiologists actively participate in CME  programs and keep up to date with the ever-advancing changes within the field.  Several have conjoint appointments with the University of Sydney and lecture to medical students and trainee radiologists.
